This is my first Battlestar Galactica (2003) reimagined and Doctor Who crossover short fanfic.. it’s also my first new fanfic of 2011.
The Tenth Doctor is travelling solo. This happens after the “Waters of Mars” special.
It was raining heavily on a dying world far away. It was nuclear rain. This planet had been practically exterminated and conquered after a long armistice.

STARGATE SG-1 Season 7 episode FROZEN
This fanfic could be seen as a prequel to that episode.
The TARDIS dematerialised with the Doctor, Tegan, Remmy, Max, Maggie and Wade all on board. The others had elected to stay at the SGC – Stargate Command – , located at Cheyenne Mountain, for the time being. Quinn, Professor Arturo, Diana, Nyssa and Adric were interested in helping out the SGC develop some possible defences from the new combined Kromagg-Goa’uld threat, even though it was unlikely that Earth would be attacked right now. It was no easy task, but Diana, Quinn and Arturo especially helped Sam develop war simulations which were likely to be of great help. Hello all,
Sci-fi fans everywhere are not so happy this Christmas with the news of the Cancellation of SGU (Stargate Universe), though TPTB confirmed they are doing all they can, we wil see if something materialises. If not, there will be no more new Stargate for quite some time most likely from what they said and J.Mallozzi said the cancellation of SGU is bad news for those like myself hoping for an SGA or SG-1 movie.

This is my parody fanfic of that annoying ad which gets played and played here in Malta, especially on a local Maltese Radio station. The original ad has some weird words due to the ‘child actor’ (or is it a child actress) who cannot pronounce the Maltese words properly, it seems. The things he says instead sound like some marxist politik-speak which inspired me to expound upon it in this parody. Since the words are in Maltese, this parody will have bits in English and bits in Maltese. Hope you don’t mind (even if you do!). No offense meant, but a healthy Christmas sense of humour. And do donate to Charity Campaigns to help those in need.

News is out that 5th Doctor Who actor Peter Davison is going to join ITV’s show Law and Order: UK in its forth series, which already stars Freema Agyeman (Martha Jones in Doctor Who). The show is a British version of the NBC american franchise.
Peter Davison will be playing the new head of the CSP Henry Sharpe. He played the 5th Doctor during the 1981-1984 years. The 5th Doctor is the Doctor who stars in the WhoSliders fanfics currently being reposted.

POSSIBLE SPOILER: THIS HAPPENS SOME TIME BEFORE STARGATE SG-1 SEASON 5’s BETWEEN TWO FIRES
BUT IT STILL HAPPENS DURING THE FOURTH SEASON OF SG-1
What you need to know:
“The Doctor is a Time Lord – a time-traveller from the alien world called Gallifrey who travels in space and time thanks to his TARDIS which looks like a police box, bigger inside than outside. When the Doctor is severely injured or even killed, he will regenerate into a new appearance and body. He is currently in his fifth incarnation (4th regeneration). His thirteenth will be the last.
The Sliders have developed a technique called Sliding which allows them to go to different dimensions or parallel universes, but will they ever find the way to their home universe?
The Doctor with his companions – currently an Australian hostess named Tegan, alien refugee from the future Max Evans, young irritating genius Adric, alien orphan and technological expert Nyssa and the Sliders – is on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless and the powerless throughout the whole multiverse of multiple universes. The Doctor’s alteration to the Sliders’ timeline has resulted in multiple changes across various multiverse timelines in hypertime. Fixing these holes is an important task of the Doctor which has been sanctioned by an angel of God called the White Guardian.
The Kromaggs from a parallel earth attempted a large-scale invasion of earth, but the Doctor and his companions together with Stargate SG-1 managed to defeat them with Remmy’s anti-Kromagg virus. A sole Kromagg, however, did manage to steal a Sliding Mirror from the complex at Cheyenne Mountain.”

Everybody watched the latest military reports. The Kromagg ground troops had just been defeated by the anti-kromagg virus. Their air support ships, however, remained unharmed. They kept bombarding various targets all over the world, causing widespread destruction. Earth needed help, but who could provide it?
The Asgard could not be easily contacted, though the attempts were made through the Cimmerian planet, and Stargate SG-1 learned that Thor was presently unavailable. The Asgard simply replied that due to the Non-Intervention Treaty with the Goa’uld, they could not help. Helping earth would mean the failure of the Treaty and the certain destruction of earth.
The Tok’ra would not commit any resources at the moment, so General Hammond contemplated contacting the Tollans. Jack was not too happy about this. He remembered how they had not wanted to give any advanced technologies to earth, because of their Tollan Directive.
The Doctor wanted to speak to the Tollans in person, so he insisted on going with SG-1 ie Jack O’Neill, Sam Carter, Daniel Jackson and Teal’c to the Tollan homeworld.
